We understand that sometimes your customers will want to return their item, it's not something that anyone wants and the last thing you need is to have the stock unsold.
We have a team to deal with your returns, inspect the item, repackage if required and get it added back to selling stock as soon as possible. You will be notified of the return so that you can process any necessities with the customer and also be assured that your stock is available for another customer.
Before processing the return, we will make sure that it isn't due to an address issue. If we find that it is, we will get in contact with you first so that your customer has every chance of getting the order they wanted.
Have a product that can't be resold? No problem, we can either hold the item in a separate holding area for you, or arrange recycling for you.
If you have a product that has developed a problem and needs to go and be repaired, we can arrange all of the shipping for you.
If you want to offer free returns, we can help you to set up a freepost address, or you can take advantage of our 'collect from your door' return account that we hold with Royal Mail. If you are selling a larger product, we can use a courier service label or collection service. Speak to us to help set up the best option for you.

If required, we can offer a wide range of customer-facing contact services including, but not limited to, pre and post sales support, general information and messaging services. These can be offered via telephone, email or live chat (via a plugin on your website), or all three.
Full training is given upon every new start up, along with product familiarisation so that they are fully equipped to handle your enquiries. With an easy email notification to you for any enquiries that would be best suited for you to answer, no enquiry is ever missed. Our team is trained in completing exchanges and refunds on selling platforms such as Shopify, so you can sit back and relax knowing that all of your customers needs are being taken care of.

What is Contract Packing?
Contract packing is where your product isn't completed at manufacturing phase. Another partner then takes the 'raw' product and completes it with its final quantity and packaging, making it ready for market.

From the moment the lorry doors open, we start caring for your stock. Your goods are quality checked to your specification upon entering the warehouse by our stock team. It is then counted into the stock management system before being given its location in your dedicated racking space in our fully insured warehouse.

Order processing is determined by source, so orders are taken via API from your systems or websites, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Not on the High Street, Magneto and Linnworks. Don't have a system yet? No problem, they can be sent to our IT team digitally. We also provide a mail order service for handling manual orders and general enquiries.
